The question being asked now is
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 TO 10 YEARS TIME?
Where do you see yourself in five years? This interview question is not
intended to test your telepathy.
How do you give answers to questions when you are being interviewed by an
interviewer with the aim of getting good result.
There is this question trending around the whole country and it is being
asked by interviewers from various companies, schools – University and
Colleges, Scholarship givers etc.
It was confirmed that 73% of people who were asked this question failed it
totally while the 22% either got the question with an average pass or tried.
The question is “5 years from now, where do you see yourself?”
or “Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years time“. This
question is quite so simple, that it forces you to say you will probably be in
the University; if you’re a student and being promoted
if you are a worker in a company. NO!
That’s not the right way to answer the question above. It is advisable to
say “You’ll be somewhere great and so successful by your ability to surround
yourself with different people who are smarter than you are, and the books you
read.” For people who read are leaders and Successful leaders are readers!
Simple.
This is a hint of what is expected of you to say, its what the interviewers
are expecting to alter from your mouth. If you’re applying for a job, you could
say “You’ll be so successful due to your ideas and innovations being
implemented by the company and being several steps ahead of other company
workers.”
When you’re being interviewed for a new job, it could be hard to assume
where you will be and how successful you will be in your career job next year
let alone five years down the tunnel.
Even when you do know, it’s imperative to be careful how you give response
because you’ll need to tailor your answer to the job for which you are
interviewing.
When you use the ideas above, I bet you $40 that, you’ll be the best applicant
for the job.
